OUR APPROACH

The advantage of having multiple recognised Specialists in advanced dental disciplines in one practice is that it facilitates comprehensive assessment and treatment planning of your individual needs.

PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Patient information is strictly confidential and the practice complies fully with the Data Protection Act. You may request a copy of your own dental records in writing, by telephone or by email to [email protected].

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

FEES & PAYMENT

Following an initial consultation, a written treatment plan will be provided upon request. We accept payment by cheque, cash, credit or debit cards and bank transfers. Services are offered to patients on a private basis only.

OPENING HOURS

Our opening times are:
Monday to Thursday 09.00 – 18.00
Friday 09.00 – 17.00
Saturday & Sunday Closed

DISABLED ACCESS

The Practice has limited wheelchair access via the rear of the building. There is a lift to all surgeries but we may need to help you to transfer to a small wheelchair. Please contact us before your appointment so that we can have arrangements in place.

EMERGENCIES

For emergencies arising during practice hours, please telephone 020 7580 2551/1828 . We will try to see you on the same day and offer advice or treatment as appropriate.

Outside surgery hours please call us and leave a detailed message, including your telephone number. Messages are checked regularly by one of our experienced team who will contact you to assist at the start of the next working day. Our telephone message will also have contact details for the out of hours emergency service.

CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible, so we can offer the time to another patient. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.

TRAVEL & PARKING

Queen Anne Street is in the heart of the London medical area and crosses both Harley Street and Wimpole Street.  We are just a short walk north from behind John Lewis department store on Oxford Street and are well served by public transport. The practice is situated roughly equi-distant from Oxford Circus and Bond Street underground stations to the south and from Regent’s Park underground station to the north. On-street parking is available in the roads surrounding the practice. Alternatively, secure parking is available in Q-Park Harley Street or Q-Park Oxford Street.
